Bristol Schools and Youth Organisations Community Transformers Project Community Transformers was set up so that pupils from Bristol Secondary Schools and Youth Organisations could work with local communities and partners to address issues that are problematic for local residents and the school community alike. Community Transformers aims to encourage young people to lead on solutions that reduce crime and antisocial behaviour, and improve safety and the local environment. Community Transformers invites young people to apply for a grant of up to £1000 to help fund projects that will make positive changes in the local communities where their schools or youth organisations are situated.
