Home Community Transformers Fund

Do you have a good idea of how to solve problems or make life better in your local area?

What is Transformers?

Transformers aims to encourage you to improve your local community. You or your group could use up to £1000 to make a difference.

Who can apply?

• You must be from a School or Youth Organisation based in the City of Bristol
• The project must be lead by a young person (up to age 19)
• The young person/people applying must have the support of an adult

Criteria for Projects

Your application should show how your project would benefit your local community in at least one of the following ways:

• A safer community
• Improved local environment
• Positive messages delivered about the community
• Better understanding of your school or youth organisation
• Opportunities created for Young People to work with others in the community

Deadlines to submit applications

There are four deadlines to submit applications, these are:

• 1st January
• 1st April 2011.
• 1st July 2011.
• 1st October 2011.
