Child-Safe Sponsored Cycle Ride - Lands End to John O'Groats - Wednesday 23 May 2007 Having spent Tuesday evening/night at home or enjoying an overnight stay at Avon and Somerset Constabulary Police Headquarters, the cyclists and supporters met up again at Police HQ at 9.30 am. Rob Beckley (Deputy Chief Constable) joined the cyclists and supporters for photographs before they set off on the next leg to Tewkesbury. Rob joined the group for the first hour of cycling. The weather is sunny with little wind, a good day for a cycle ride!
